She was extremely patient and had loads of great homes to show me. She even helped me communicate effectively with the seller and coordinate the transfer of several accounts that I needed to put in my name towards the end of the process.

When preparing to go on the market Susan clearly outlined all the steps that were needed to prepare the house and helpfully provided contractor contact info for different services such as painting, handyman, etc. During the open houses Susan was very transparent with her updates on how many groups viewed the home and what interest was expressed. Throughout the closing process Susan was great with updating about inspection results and what was needed to get the house sold. All of this was very helpful in taking stress away from an exciting time of transition

Sergey and Susan brought in their photographer for 3D rendition of the house and the rooms, they also had aerial drone video since we also live near the water. Their professionalism combined with being super nice made the home selling process so easy. Susan had an open house the day after it was listed and got a contract that night.
